Hi
I updated to 3.5 several days ago and all was well, until this morning. Now when I launch, the normal box comes up, I click 'Run', then it does it's normal thing, the task bar then shows the program is running. And that is where it stays. It does not actually ever come up anymore.

Any thoughts?

OK, The only thing that I know happened is my computer went into sleep mode with G3 running. Usually this just crashes G3 and I have to close and restart. I am now in the process of re-installing right now. Now that G3 is re-installed, it is working, but now my custom aircraft is not showing up. They are in the planes directory, which is where I put them last time. What am I doing wrong?

OK. Using the G3 un-install feature does not really un-install. After performing un-install, then go actually remove all the G3 directory and data. Then re-install. I am now re-installing 3.5.

Run the uninstall, then delete the G3 folder. Now run regedit. File | Export and save your current registry somewhere safe.

Now Edit | Find and look for RealFlight. Delete every instance you find then shut down regedit. Log out or reboot.

Install G3 again.

It is not necessary to do a registry edit. Just delete everything from the main Realflight directory.
