Default Any feedback on Align's BL700 series servos?

So, like most people in this hobby, I'm dreaming about my next helicopter. ATM, I'm leaning toward the T-Rex 700 DFC HV, due mostly to the overall cost, but I'm wondering about the servos. If I decide that they need to be replaced at some point, it really nullifies the savings that I can get from the super combo. Searches in the main, 700, and RC Electronics forums yielded surprisingly few threads regarding these servos, given that they've been available for a couple years. So I figured it was high time to ask again. What do people think about them?

All I can say is that I have over 300 flights on my 700 Pro DFC HV with these servos and they are still as new.

I'm a scale flyer so don't stress them so much as 3D would.

I think the lack of threads about these servos just shows that they are reliable.

Does anybody have any gripes about their performance?

They're VERY durable servos.

I've seen guys plow their machines in hard on the rotor head, and instead of the servo gears stripping, the aluminum arms bend.

They also have fairly low current consumption similar to other Brushless servos.

You won't be disappointed.

I personally love these servos and run them on a Protos and 700e. I picked them over many other choices. They are designed by Savox and are a Quality servo.. You will be happy.

Nice servos. 300+ flights. A little loud at 8v. But vary strong.

When they first came out the price was a little out of control, but they've come down pretty good. I actually got a set of 3 for $260 new out of package from the Aligntrexstore, but that was last year and they must of been able to get some out of kits that were damage, because the sold them out of package but new. They are still pretty low and you'll get free shipping over $25 from them.

I use a strait 2s Lipo 2200mah and get an easy 4 flights from it. Might be able to get 5 or 6, but I have a few of them so I just change out the battery after 4.
