Yah i was about to buy his other for $140 or trade my mcpx bl but last second he said no

The free 600 was from IDK anything's giveaway and i got uber lucky by winning....this will be by far my best heli but i am still envious of gaui's and goblins that frequent the field......im pretty content with my helis after i sell some of it that i don't need and then I'll be left with micros, 450 and 600.

Theres a small chance i can trade my new kindle fire for a protos 500 and that would be complete for me until im good enough to not crash

Hey. How does this canopy hold up to crashes wrt the eggshell stock one?

I think they are super durable, way better than the stock crap. I crashed mine at least a hundred times and it is still holding together. I had to use some tape to stop one crack but other than that it is great. I had to trim a little bit of plastic so the servo arms could clear.

Do you bother lining the inside of the canopy with packing tape like we do on the stock canopy?

I have left the outer film on for extra strength too.

I dicovered that the canopy is rubbing on my servoarm attachment.
Is there any way of slightly reforming the canopy where it dips in toards the servos?
I have the npfg which makes the servos stand out slightly more than stock.
Maybe heating up the canopy would work???

I had one of those canopies for a Nano as well. I was also disappointed it was more orange than red. The yellow one looked better, but didn't go with my theme.
