Why does Jeti keep you as the importer?

I keep asking questions and you don't answer them.

Once you start asking questions like an adult, we will answer them.
By the way what is your real name?

What kind of silliness is this?

Am I the only one who is annoyed and frustrated that the rest of the world gets one set of Jeti receivers while we in the US get another set?

I made you picture with new R7 Rex and R3, maybe you will stop making all those made up stories and start acting like an adult.

Here is another fact: New REX designs cannot be placed to the R3/R5 box the boards with parts are to big for that.

Thanks Esprit Model (post #17) and thanks for carrying such a superb product..... FedEx drops off my new DS-16 on Tuesday..... My noob question for you is: I watched the video showing the R3/RSW's laid out on the board with the Two R3's on the right side, dual batts, servos, etc. with the third R3 on the left side used as a switch... Can one R3 be used with a Spirit Flybarless unit as a receiver AND a switch? Thanks again...

Unless something is up the pipe for new functions, up till now once the R3 is used as a switch this is all you can use it for.

But I guess ZB would know better.

No, one or the other for the R3/RSW AFAIK..

Also if you use the single EXT port on the R3/RSW for the Spirit you will not have any route for telemetry from anything else.

This is one of the reasons for the interest in the new REX receivers which have multiple EXT ports.

Wow. I didn't know that. For some reason, I thought it could be a receiver (ppm out or whatever) and do wireless switch stuff.

You are welcome, enjoy. If you need any help let us know.

The R3/RSW can act as switch or receiver, no both.
Use port #4 EX Bus for receiver, Port #3 for Wireless Switch

I'll try to answer some of your questions.

The Jeti R3/RSW is a bit over a year old. It is only available for purchase in the US.

It can be used either as a normal RX, or a mix of PPM/UDI and 2 servos, or a switch.

The Jeti R3L is a newly announced product. It is not yet available, but will definitely be available in Europe. I have no idea whether it will be sold in the US too.

Like the R3/RSW, the R3L can also be used as a normal RX, or a mix of PPM/UDI and servos.

It is however not advertised as having a switch function.

I tend to ignore Esprit Model's ZB's postings, and I'd advise you to do the same. His posts and replies to people here and on other forums are often unprofessional and rude, besides containing information that is many times misleading or downright incorrect.

Hope that helps!

OK, let's correct this:
Port Configurations (Rx Firmware 3.20):
Standard: 1-3 Servo, 4/Ext Telemetry/USB Programming
PPM/Servo: 1-2 Servo, 3 PPM, 4/Ext Telemetry/USB Programming
EX Bus/Servo: 1-3 Servo, 4/Ext EX Bus/USB Programming
UDI/Servo: 1-2 Servo, 3 UDI, 4/Ext Telemetry/USB Programming
Wireless Switch: 3 Switch

And also S.Bus

Look at this new Jeti R12 Rex receiver with Spirit FBL and we have Full telemetry from Mezon ESC and Wireless Spirit programming at the same time. The multiple EX Bus ports and Telemetry inputs are working beautifully.

+1 patiently waiting to get my hands on an R7 or whatever the smallest REX Rx is! It'll be nice to take advantage of Spirit/Jeti integration AND have access to jlog telemetry.

The FCC is scheduled for next week, hopefully early May we will be done.
Jeti is also planning production for end of the April.
