So any Thr curve I make over 50% gives me the same exact HS. I rebinded the vbar mini. Still does it. Over all I'm getting more HS. But if I do a 60% curve and a 85% curve no difference. But if I do a 40% and 85% big difference.

Something is wrong or faulty in your setup.
With yge gov store, the th % is very linear, I normally just use a calc to get a start % then tach to check, it's normally within 100 rpm to what I wanted.

Max calculated hs with full charge = 3500, so if I want 3000:
3000 / 3500 = .857... So I would start with 86%

Maybe I'm not being clear.

If I go from idle1 65% flat curve to idle2 80% flat curve HS doesn't change. If I have a idle 1 40% flat curve to a idle 2 80% flat curve HS changes.

The crazy thing is I plug in a 4S 2150 rhino pack and I get a definite change in HS.

Sounds like your other batteries can't provide power for higher HS.

Yah. That is what I'm thinking. Will run those 4S packs at 65 or 70 % till I get some 6S packs for my 6S motor.

Well I had 4 SUCCESSFUL flights with the mini p today. Using the Rhino 2150 4S packs and a 62% flat throttle curve. 2580KV motor. 16T.

Had really nice pop. Flipped and rolled rather quickly.

Sometimes in flips, and all the time doing tick tocks I get fluttering from the blades (Align 3G 325mm).

Maybe I need to replace the dampners? They look a little tired.
Or is this maybe a notchy thrust bearing in the Head?
Too high cyclic gain?
If I have the main grips disconnected from the swash and turn the grips they feel a little notchy. But if I pull on them a little they are smooth.

Also I think I might have some high vibrations. It doesn't sit nice in a hover. (mini vbar pro black). Black thick soft pad / metal plate / white pad / vbar unit above boom.
Is the lower part of the frame under main gear a better place for the FBL unit? Less vibs?

With the main blades off and the tail blades on, hooked up to the vbar spektrum analyzer I'm getting 600 reading and it is coming from the tail.

Tail output shaft seems nice and straight. Tail is smooth. Using the stock black tail blades.

But other than that, I was very happy with it today.

Now I just need to find some 6S packs

600 is way too many!
You should be aiming for < 200 @ 3000 rpm hs.
Get a base line with no mains or tails, this should be < 150.
Dynamically balance the tail blades with the spektrum analyser on the bench, adding tape to a tail blade and testing to see if better or worse.
Balance the main blades on a balancer, u can also do them dynamically if u have Bluetooth for your vbar.
I found crappy blades just don't work well, I think rail 326's are the best!

It's still a band aid solution, you should be able to get good hs with 3S packs, I suspect when u go 6s with new 1300kv motor, you won't have this problem...

Yah should get good HS with 3S. I think those 3S packs were tired.
Thanks for the info on what to shoot for on the Spektrum Analyzer.
Going to mess with it tonight.
