Hello all

I know this perhaps maybe not be the right place or thing to do but as we all (or at least I am) are normally complaining here, I thought it might not be so bad to post some good news too.

Last week on Friday morning I placed an order online with Custom Heli Parts for some parts for my 700E build.

Bought a RES Frame with an extra battery tray, the E Frame supports should I ever need them and the extended tail fin setup.

So not that I would normally post this part but the order came out to a little over $220.00 with $5.99 of that for flat rate USPS shipping from PA to CT, and by the end of the day I got a shipping conferm.

So believe it or not the order showed up yesterday (Monday) and I open the box and see this large cotton looking thing in there an pulled it out and it was one of their nice XL white tee shirts!

I then got into the rest of the box and looked it over to see that everything was there and in good shape and then at the very bottom of the box, was one of their blue hats!

Also included was a nice CF key fob, as well as more stickers then I could imagine.

So as I will be getting to the build I didn't open any of the packaging of things but the RES set sure looks nice man and certainly seems to include everything you will needed, so in not opening everything, I can't really comment on fit or quality, but everyone here so far as posted that their stuff is really good.

At any rate, I actually wrote Dan an e-mail thanking him for all that and asking him if he didn't mind me posting all that as I would suspect that not every order gets all that much free stuff and he replied that would be true, but that he always put something extra in there for every order.

So hope that's not too much spouting but as I mentioned, for as much complaining as we do it was nice to get such great service and I just thought that it would be OK to give credit with credit was due.

great to hear,
Dan is also a really great guy to work with to, was giving him the idea of the RES frame after using it on my own mod heli, from some body else who posted it here to fit the 50xx motors.... Will have to pick me up a set of these frame

+1 . Dan is top notch. Will never buy stock frames as long as I can get them from Dan.

Dan is the best and so are his frame sets. He's a true modeler...not just out to make a buck. He really cares about his customers.
