I am using a off brand 2100mah battery and it seems a bit long and heavy. What brand and size are alot of you using? Thanks

I have the stock ESC, so about any 2Ah - 2.3Ah 20C I can wedge in. I put an angled ply battery plate to get things to fit.

On my system I've been using mainly two brands.
The lipos below are rated at 2100mah and 20c: I use zippy lipos from hobbycity.com & mystery brand lipos that can be found on ebay. I hear the zippy's go for around $10 (not including S&H). At the time I purchesed zippy's form hobbycity I paid $130 for four lipos. The four Mystery brand lipos cost me $72 including S&H through ebay. |
