Hey legteltelecom

If you buy some Easy Off oven cleaner from wal-mart, you can take that blue anodizing off the tail servo mounts. It was fairly quick and easy. I didn't scrub anything, I just sprayed some on and let it sit for a while, rinsed it off, sprayed some more, waited, rinsed again, and repeated until all the blue was gone.

here is mine... i had a tough time fitting the receiver inside the frame... in the end, i just decided to mount it outside because i didn't want to compromise the carbon fiber frame interfering with the 2.4gHz signals...

Get 1/4 and 1/8, you will have options to use either based on personal preference.

+1 I used 1/8 for single wires and 1/4 for two or folded wires.

Here are pictures after my first flight, which was about 20 minutes ago. It was in my driveway at night, so all I did was a quick hover. That was actually the second attempt. On the first attempt, I suddenly lost power while it was spooling up, and the receiver wouldn't turn on anymore when I connected the battery. I took it apart and measured the BEC voltage to make sure it was still working, and then it worked again when I put it all back together. I hope that doesn't happen again, because I still don't know what the cause was.

By the way, taking pictures of a black helicopter with a black table as a background probably wasn't the best idea. Oh well.
