Default Crash Diagnosis

Hi all,
Just after some ideas on where to look to diagnose today's crash on my Logo 500.
I am running it on 5s, with Spektrum stats on a Skookum 720, separate RX battery, voltage regulator and LV servos.

The maiden went well, very basic hovering of a pack, with a tail twitch that was irritating but flyable.
I turned the tail gain from 40% down to 35% and tried again today. First attempt saw the heli start to tilt to the left on spool up, so I hit TH and took it back to the bench to double check everything. Nothing found so had another go.
This time, it was smooth as silk apart from the tail twitch, so flew out the pack doing slow circuits. Slight tail kick, but I figured no big deal, that will be OK for the one more pack I had with me.
The next pack saw the heli again tilt to the left, so knowing that the Skookum was working fine I put in some collective to get it away from the ground and under control, thinking it was just the intial interaction with the ground and FBL...The theory being to get it off the ground quick and let the FBL unit control like it is supposed to.
So the heli was about 2 feet off the ground, still tilting left and getting worse even though I was using full right cyclic, and starting to get closer to another pilot on the line 30 metres down... hit TH and let it drop...ouch!.
Given that I have had 2 successful flights I am confident that everything was straight, level and operating properly at least some of the time. RX batt was fully charged, and confirmed as such after the crash with a battery meter.
So what went wrong?
My theory is as follows....
My soft start settings really are very soft, taking 10-15 seconds to spool up to full speed. If I tried to take off before I had built up enough headspeed, is it a reasonable to suggest that by pushing right cyclic and even more collective I have stalled the left hand side of the rotor disk, causing it to fall away even more?
Or should I be looking elsewhere?
Current vibe readings are 1.32 or so and when it is in the air it is soooo quiet...
I guess what I am asking is... dumb thumbs, nerves and impatience or something setup/mechanical that I should be chasing?
Thanks
Dave

The best place to start is your log file. Please post it.

Sounds like a static issue, and being a logo its a possibilty.

The tail twitch is a known bug in the 3.15 version firmware when logging is enabled. Not sure on what went wrong with the cyclic issue, but disable logging and the tail twitch will most likely go away.

I would agree with the static as a prime candidate, also known to display as a tail twitch.

Sent from my phone, we don't always agree on the auto correct choices.....
