converted my flybarred mini to fbl and it was my first fbl heli and i must say, i thought this was a great heli flybarred but i actually like it more now its fbl....heres my setup

Stock motor and esc
align 410m's on cyclic
3500g on the tail
sab blades
minivbar
Voltz 3s 2200mah 45c batteries...

I'm going to use HS-5065mg servos and a microbeast.
My ? is do I put the ball on the servo horn at 15mm from the horn screw?

I'm using the 410's and I have them at 15mm and it works great, I get the blue light at 6deg

Building one now with the following setup

-Stock Motor / ESC combo
-MKS 95's on Cyclic
-9257 on Tail
-Mini Vbar 5.1 pro
-Thunder power 3s 65C 2250mah
-17t Pinion

Hoping to run a headspeed of around 3300-3400rpm.

Cannot wait till its maiden, should be good.

Im loving this thing right now! With the radix 350 fbl blades I even had a perfectly successful auto despite people saying that the single belt system is not suited for autos.

Very similar setup to mine (I run yge esc, otherwise everything the same).
Just to give you a tip, I've had servo balls at 13.5mm and it gave me too high AFRs (elev was in 70s). 15 mm works much better, aile/elev are in 50-60, pitch is 47.
Flies like on rails.
