Can't say I blame you. Good to know if we need a new kit though, I'm good for now just went to a 450 sized mini titan.

Finally got around to replacing the tail drive last night and put new blades on it, flew it in a parking garage today, needs more mechanical trim but it's now flying again! Not sure how much use the shogun will get, but at least it's a functional bird again!

Well the Shogun is going to be shelved forever more. Belt drive conversion worked but I can't get the pitch right on this. No way to adjust the links and it's way off. I have so many other birds at this point that are newer and I can easily get parts for, that this is really just a huge waste of time. Sad since it's brushless and basically brand new. I'd fly it if I could get the pitch right!
Hope you guys have fun with yours, I just got my mini titan 450 size with flybarless conversion going and have a 450x under the tree for christmas, so I've got plenty to play with! Tom |
