V3 Logger RPM Issue Help!

All was working fine until yesterday. Logger with LCD display. RPM display not changing, fixed at 1347, even thogh I have selected show max and then live when voltage to motor above 0 volts. When I download info on the laptop it doeshave a prompt saying elogger, RPM recording not selected, go to tools and select. Can't find tools but I can find Hardware, choose parameters to log in recorder, and have confirmed RPM is selected. Download of the firmware is only a month old but I did it again. Still not working. What am I missing?
