How do I stop the blinking futaba when using dm8 module?

Any ideas guys how to fool the 14 into thinking it has a futaba module? I'm guessing it has to do with a failure to pickup the frequency from the module so it may be a logic problem not necessarily a simple wire connection fix. Would love to see that green light....
