sorry not sure I understand, strongest cell wise? Stock ESC would be 3s.
Stroungest in other battery parameters like in C unlimited or in MAH What ever fits, I've used 3300mah before

I am presently learning plus and minus 's of batteries ha , ha . It came with a 3350mAh. This is basically storage of power right ? If I go up from 3s then I would need a ESC that would handle more Amp ? So I could concieveably get a battery any size I wanted as long as I matched it with the proper ESC ?

kinda sorta. The stock esc will only take up to 3s on the battery. you can use as many mah as you like as long as the heli will lift it. the more mah the longer the flight but if you get too big of a battrey (larger mah) they weigh more so then the flight time decreases.
you also have to contend with battery dimensions, the battery slot is fairly narrow on the FC so unless you cut away one side (which i did) then you are limited in battery selection.
