Ufly Rebuild

So, anyone still flying their ufly's? I'm fixing to do a major overhaul on mine... spektrumizing it and adding some extra goodies... Will post pics when done.. OK, as I said I was gonna do a lil work.. As you can see I've added an Assan GA 250 AVCS Gyro, Extreme rotor head, Orange RX, Hobby Wing 18amp ESC and 3 HS-5065 BB MG Digital servos all round, Adjustable ball links from head to servo so no more binding.. Not sure what i'll do to it next if anything... I do have the Extreme bell hiller kit but not sure i'll use it....

what about the tail and its shaft? any suggestions to change to a belt drive or anything else than the weak shaft/gear stock setup?

omg..i bought my UFLY used, no manual or assy diagram, had terriblle time trying to fly it, after seeing yor pics, i know why... my rotor head is backwards, the flybar paddles are UNDER the blades... DUH... thanx man
