Futaba 14MZ Circuit Charging Board

Hi,

Do you know how I can get the circuit charging board that connects the LiIon pack with the charging jack plus the main board of the Tx?

Please check the attached pictures. Does Futaba sell this as a part?

Finally I would appreciate to be provided with the exact number of the circled chipset. Most probably is a MOSFET with code 1044M. Can you please confirm the code plus the chipset manufacturer?
