Looking for this steering arm (Discont. Fults Part)

Hello fellas,

I am looking for an alternative to this steering arm. The Fults part number is RF250 - 1/4 inch.

I need this same exact type of arm for a completely different project. And I need hundreds of them. Does anyone know where I can get something similar to this?

This part HAS to be able to fit onto a 1/4 inch shaft and they need to be readily available. So far, every site I find says that this part is discontinued and I had heard that Fults is out of business (no idea if that's true).

I hope some of you guru's out there can give me some assistance. I am really in a bind here. If I cannot find a solution, my project might be a bust and that means very dark days ahead for me.
