Quasar - blinking, what does it mean?

Just installed a quasar BEC (i didn't change any settings) and when I hooked it up to my 6s battery there was a blinking red LED and the bright white LED stayed on. is this normal? or does it mean something else?

it seemed to power the electronics alright and I didn't find anything suspicious apart from the blinking red LED.

it's low voltage alarm. factory set for 12S so when you use with 6S, alarm will show like that.
