I had the same problem on the throttle linkage I had to cut it down with a dremel to get my arms 90 and 90 to the linkage. as for the fan I would assume epoxy cause your cluing metal, but I don't have magnets so I don't take my word for it. the bubbless clunk in the main.

Bubbleless clunk would go in the main tank. The header will be a backup reserve for the bubbles which might get through. I use a fuel magnet in my main and clunk in the header. Use a fuel filter between header and engine like the align 3 way fuel filter. I would epoxy the magnet or use JB weld epoxy. Make sure to clean the hole and roughen it up a little (I just used a little screw driver). Make sure the correct side is up. I personally just put one magnet in and a 2 mm hex nut on the other end. If I lose a magnet I have a spare ready. I would cut a few threads off the link and make it as perfect as you can now. I don't think it will matter especially if you are using a gov. But why not get it as close to perfect now. Once flying that is all your gonna wanna do as it flys awesome!! tauseef www.cuttingedgecnc.com

Yes, regular line should be fine... Just make sure it is not to long so the cluck does not get stuck in the tank. The line they give is nice because it is so flimsy but seems to tear at point of input. I am using regular line with my fuel magent.
