Heli Masters 2013 - 3D World series - Venlo Netherlands

Hello everybody,

we are very pleased to announce the awesome step for the entire competition scene in the helicopter market.

As the Heli Masters competitions have grown into a successful and popular event series over the years, the organizing team sees great potential to bring this competition to other countries. Motivated by the support of leading manufacturers and sellers of the industry, we intend to develop it into the most important and largest competition series.

Pushed by technological progress in the industry, which reflects in many new and innovative products, as well as in the ever growing abilities of the pilots, helicopter competitions have become increasingly more attractive to more and more people. The internet community has shown an especially strong following of these developments. The world wide web now provides for the opportunity for all those enthusiasts to participate worldwide, as live broadcasting has become a feasible enterprise.

The Heli Masters Series therefore thrives to offer more than a suspense-packed competition and awesome demo flights on site. We will invite the entire heli community to be involved, by offering online broadcasting via the internet.

Our first international competition held on 5.-7. July 2013 for all professional level pilots at TrafficPort Venlo - Netherlands, Europe

This new 3D competition is not to be confused with the "3D Masters". This competition is the "Heli-Masters".


But, the "Heli-Masters" is being held at the same venue (the TrafficPort in Venlo, Netherlands), which is the same location the "3D Masters" has been held the past two years. The "3D Masters" of old is moving someplace else (don't know where yet, and they aren't saying yet on their web-site).


Just keeping the confusion at a minimum.

Well..as far as I know the Masters will be in the same month and also in Venlo
but indeed not at the trafficport.

I'm very pleased to see yet another 3D event in our small country!
