I've just started using my futaba 8fg on sim only,..now to hook up th real deal...I have no clue how to power up both the mini vbar and rx,..and if I keep fiddling around I'm afraid I'll burn somthing up,..I have a r6108sb and as far as I can tell if powers up on the 8th channel,..at least it seems to power up,...and th vbar can be powered through the rxb,..do I use bec to power the rx and the esc to power th vbar,..hope I can get the answers I need before I mess this up,..thanx.

The power will pass through the sbus cable between the mini vbar and the rx. You only need one power source in either device and it will power both. The rx will power up on any servo port and the vbar will power up on ports except rxc I think.
Things may change if you are running a HV setup. In that case you would have two power leads out of the ESC or BEC. It is then recomended that one power lead goes to the rx and the other to the vbar.
