Default dji gps and kk2.0 board

I have been wondering if it is possible to add the dji gps module to the kk 2.0 flight control board? or if you absolutely have to have a naza or dji flight controller? let me know what you guys think and if it is possible. thanks

I'm pretty sure the protocol for data transmission is proprietary.

Also, the connectors are different.

The GPS unit for DJI also has the compass in it so it's not a generic GPS signal.

it is impossible.

Well not impossible, but not very possible since DJI uses proprietary hardware, and the KK2 has no inputs or anyway to expand its sensors.

Also the KK2 firmware has no way to control GPS. The Hardware on the KK2 board is very limited.

Your best bet is getting a Crius All in One, or MultiWii MEGA boards. Or there is the RCTimer APM boards. All of them come with and support GPS

DJI Naza + GPS.

And once you get serious, get a Wookong-M.

I even prefer the Wookong-M over the Mikrokopter boards.
