Looking for recommendations for Li-Po charger in the 100 to 150 watt range, that can measure the internal resistance of the Li-Po battery cells? Tks.

I use the hyperion 1420i it is 550w can has two blance board ports so you can blance two packs wired together at same time if your p/s is big enought
the thing is a beast |

PL6, PL8, iCharger 306b for sure measure IR. They can put out 30-40A and up to six packs with parallel cables.

Closer to the OP's target wattage range, the Cellpro10s and iCharger 106b. If want a deticated meter there is with ESR meter from Wayne Giles. http://www.progressiverc.com/esr-meter.html
