I had a hard time getting my micrometer in there, but it's definitely 12mm from the centre of the servo spline to the centre of the ball link on the tail.

For the cyclics, I used whatever the distance was on the CF servo arm reinforcements is that came with the kit.

15mm for cyclic, 12mm for tail.

I just saw a pic that looked like with stock length cyclic servo arms, the pushrods to the swash are angled inwards, i.e. not parallel to the mainshaft. I assumed that the pushrods would be vertical. So, not sure what the deal is with that if there is excessive throw available. Man, I need to start working on my Warp...I feel so left out!
