Body material question.

On Jeti's website it mentions a Magnesium body rather than aluminum.

It shows the page was updated in September of this year, but it also says available Summery of 2012.

Is this information just out of date?

DC-16 and DS-16 case material is aluminium.

interesting - its only the English translation on their side that says magnesium. In German (Metallgehäuse) and in Czech (kovový obal) it simply says metal case.

So it most likely is a translation mistake.

I would guess its a magnesium/aluminium alloy. 5000 series alloys I guess.
