Default How do you turn a recorded flight (.dmo file) into a video file?

How do you turn a recorded flight (.dmo file) into a video file so you don't have to use Reflex to view it? So I can post it on a forum, etc.

Ok,

First, you record it in dmo with reflex xtr. Then, you download Fraps (www.fraps.com) and you record your vid with Fraps when you play it back in reflex
